To ensure that our passengers already feel good even before take-off, we are pleased upon request to organize a special catering arrangement for the waiting area or in a lounge open exclusively for you. Because even the first impression should make a contribution as a highlight to your exclusive charter.

We want you to be able to relax and lean back. Along with a selection of daily newspapers and magazines, you also have the opportunity, depending on the aircraft, to play your own videos or company presentations. We coordinate your individual menu wishes with our catering partners - regardless of whether you want Standard, Business Class or First Class catering. We are also happy to greet your guests with an aperitif. And you decide whether only soft drinks or an "Open Bar" should be served.

A trained FlightTime employee is already on hand at check-in to look after you and your guests. Upon request, we can already conduct a separate clearance procedure in your office building, at your hotel or on board your ship. Whether you want a red carpet at check-in, floral arrangements in your company colors or an exclusive limousine service - at FlightTime, nothing (well, almost nothing) is impossible!

In order to guarantee that everything runs smoothly, each flight is accompanied by at least one FlightTime employee who is available for you as a competent contact person for any questions and last-minute changes throughout your stay.

Add a very personal touch to your charter flight and position your corporate identity at the check-in area, in the waiting room, on the plane at boarding or directly in the aircraft on the head-rest covers and menus.

Your safety and that of your customers is our top priority! We work together exclusively with renowned and commercially approved airlines who provide the highest safety and security standards. FlightTime cooperates closely with one of the world's leading flight safety companies and is therefore in the position to inspect all of the airlines on offer regarding the relevant safety requirements.

Furthermore, there are no unknown passengers and luggage items on board such an exclusive charter flight. Upon request, your flight can be accompanied at any time by trained security personnel.
