The Corporate-Aircraft-Sharing-Program as the main product
Our services for Business Flights are based on the rules for corporate aviation. This reduces on the one side the administration work inside the flight operations, on the other side certified to IS-BAO you comply with all ICAO recommendations.
Our philosophies to bring you safe and satisfied to your destination, always:
- During all flight movements, our operational office is supporting our flight crews from the ground with all information needed, mandatory. So we are also within reach for you.
- We are using an IT-infrastructure and „paperless cockpit“ solution, which is normally only used for airline duties. So we can achieve a higher flexibility for our services.
- Our flight procedures and our flight operation organization fulfills the strict regulations of the „International Standards of Business Aircraft Operations“ [IS-BAO] of the International Business Aviation Council IBAC
- We mandatory operate with two pilots in a cockpit. You as our customer, holding an equivalent pilot license and type rating yourself, we can dispatch you as pilot for your own flights.
- Our cockpit crews have to pass two check flights every year, one in a flight simulator and one in the aircraft. Therefore we using our own stuff for this training and check flights, which is specialized to the needs for this kind of aircrafts and flying.
- Once a year, our flight crews absolve a special medical training comparable to an industrial ambulance man. Our aircrafts are equipped with medicine and a defibrillator, to provide first aid fast and competent when needed.
- Of course we are taking care of you before and after the flight, that you reach your final destination ever under worse circumstances. Dates are shifting or your flight has to be delayed to what reason ever, we push the button to start the alternate planning at once.
The realization
We provide six shares for every aircraft. Each share includes 75-130 hours of flight every year. So your own demand determines the number of shares needed. So it is guaranteed, that your demand of flight hours can be satisfied anytime. But the price will be reduced to only a fraction of the whole price of the complete aircraft. You are only using the part of the aircraft you really need.
By phone, fax or online you can reserve your flights at Capture GmbH, who will dispatch a coordinate your aircraft. You can reserve long term dates, but nevertheless also short term demands. The costs for every flight are accounted per hour inside your share. Each share will give access to of course your aircraft, but also to any other aircraft of the complete fleet. For your flexibility we are planning the expansion of our fleet for both aircraft types. We calculate with an average of 500 to 800 flight hours a year per aircraft. Trough this high usage of each aircraft, we can lower the costs per hour. The flight crews have a high operational reliability due to higher degree of capacity utilisation then flying only for one aircraft only. This is our contribution to safety in aviation and for smooth flow of each of your flights.
The term of contract for a share is five years in a first step. After that it is possible to renew the term in three steps: first step for three years, second step for further 2 year. After 10 years the term can be renewed every year for one year to a maximum of a overall term of contract of fifteen years. At the latest of fifteen years period the aircraft should be replaced with a new and then state of the art aircraft.
For every aircraft we aim for a group of sharing partners of a specific region, for instance around a usable airfield or several airfields, demanding a maximum flight time of 30 minutes for the necessary ferry flight. Focusing on ecological and economical efficiency, these are our dues for environmental protection.

The Aircraft Typs
Our Corporate Aircraft Sharing Programm is focused exclusive on two types of aircrafts, setting new and highest standards in there class:
- the PC-12 of the swiss manufacturer Pilatus Aircraft and
- the Challenger 300 of the Canadian manufacturer Bombardier Aviation.
The PC-12 affords a very optimum cost-benefit ratio due to its Propeller-Turbine, its great fuselage and its high payload capability. Combined with a cruising cruise speed of about 500 km/h [310 mph] and its extreme low fuel consumption of less than 180 kg [400 lbs] per hour, it is ideal aircraft for frequent flyer within Europe. With a new designed cabin conversion, particular a new toilet and an additional galley, we value added the cabin environment to new standards.
The ability to start and to land on shortest runways, the PC-12 gives you the opportunity, to reach almost every airfield and airport in Europe. Only extreme bad weather situations at the airfields can cause temporary restrictions to fly.

The Challenger 300 is a total new developed and modern aircraft. Its development and prototyping begun in the first year of the 21 century. So he complies with the absolute newest state of the art technic and meets the highest demands on ecology and economy for jet-powered aircrafts. Due to very high values in performance specifications and characteristics this jet is able to operate from smaller, regional airfields and at the same time fly across the North Atlantic Sea. Even routes to Asia, South America or South Africa are possible to fly with only one fuelstop. For this scenario and payload capability the aircraft has with a maximum takeoff mass of 17,8t [39.250 lbs] a remarkable low weight compared to other aircraft of its class.
